Apparently, the suite for performance analysis we use, LMBench, is no longer available in form of packets. It is always possible, though, to download the source code. Procedure:
1) download sources from http://sourceforge.net/projects/lmbench
2) de-compress archive
3) cd src/
4) make lmbench
And in bin/ directory you'll find all tools you need!

On top of that, the following altervative suite is available too:
